These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between hs555 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us" or "our") and any natural person (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "the User" or "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses the hs555 platform available at https://hs555.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "the Website").

hs555 is a premium online casino and sportsbook platform. The Platform provides access to live casino games, slots, table games, sports betting markets and associated services to eligible registered users. The Platform is operated subject to applicable international licensing requirements.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using any feature of the hs555 Platform, you irrevocably confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

The following terms, where used in this Agreement, shall bear the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Registration on and use of the hs555 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant on a continuing basis that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the applicable license jurisdiction or the laws of your country of residence, whichever is greater.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you are solely responsible for verifying the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or excluded from the Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor or close associate of hs555, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

hs555 reserves the right to verify a Player's eligibility at any time and to request documentary evidence including, but not limited to, government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by the Company may result in Account suspension and restriction of funds pending investigation.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the hs555 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your Account is accurate and current at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number. Any change to your registered details must be communicated to the Company promptly through the designated account settings or support channels.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact hs555 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point during your use of the Platform at the Company's discretion, hs555 may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or photograph of card/wallet)
• Source-of-funds documentation as required by applicable compliance frameworks

hs555 accepts deposits via payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. Method availability varies by jurisdiction, compliance status and operator arrangements. Familiar Pakistani payment references — including services comparable to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers to accounts at institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be available as contextual references to domestic payment infrastructure. The mention of these payment providers herein does not constitute an endorsement, affiliation or guarantee of their availability on this Platform.

• All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit threshold as displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• hs555 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• The Company reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion, including where fraud risk indicators are present.
• Deposit amounts are credited to your Account Balance in the applicable account currency. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are those applied by the payment processor at the time of the transaction.
• hs555 shall not be liable for any delay in crediting a deposit that arises from circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control, including payment processor downtime, bank processing delays or network congestion.

Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their Account Balance subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment instrument registered in your own name and which matches the method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.
• All applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed on the Platform.
• Withdrawal processing times are subject to the method selected, verification status, and internal compliance review. The Company does not guarantee specific processing timelines.
• The Company reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.
• Withdrawals may be declined or reversed where fraud, abuse, or Terms violations are identified during review.

hs555 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer, and those specific terms are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotional terms for each offer.
• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account separately from Real Money Funds. Real Money Funds are used first in wagering unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household address, per payment method, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Certain games may be excluded from, or contribute at a reduced rate toward, wagering requirement fulfilment. Eligible games and contribution percentages are stated in the specific promotional terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date, after which unclaimed or unfulfilled bonuses will be forfeited without compensation.

hs555 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of promotional abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering between multiple accounts, use of arbitrage strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or provision of false information to claim a bonus.

All bets and gaming activity on hs555 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific and game-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game as published on the Platform at the time of placing the bet.
• hs555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was displayed in error, including incorrect odds, incorrect market parameters, or technical malfunctions.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to network latency and data feed availability. Bets accepted after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined may be voided at the Company's discretion.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply per event, per market and per day as displayed on the Platform. hs555 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Casino games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer infrastructure provided by verified third-party studios. Stated RTP figures are indicative of long-run theoretical return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• hs555 does not accept responsibility for losses resulting from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules, market terms or wagering conditions.

hs555 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The Platform provides tools enabling Players to manage and limit their gambling activity. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps via their Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory review period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no new deposits will be accepted.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a structured break of defined duration during which login access is restricted.
• Session Reminders: The Platform displays time-in-session notifications to help Players manage their playing time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hs555 Platform and may result in Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information
• Using the Platform if under the applicable minimum age
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through or in connection with the Platform
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes in games or markets
• Colluding with other Players in any game or wagering activity
• Abusing bonus or promotional structures through coordinated, low-risk or systematic wagering strategies
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or using stolen payment instruments
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users through any Platform communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise access the Platform's underlying systems without authorisation

All content on the hs555 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, colour scheme, typography, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text copy, software and source code, is the exclusive property of hs555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of hs555.

Game content provided by third-party studios is governed by the intellectual property terms of the respective studios. hs555 makes no representation or warranty regarding the intellectual property rights of third-party game content beyond those expressly agreed in its content licensing arrangements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hs555 shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform
• Any loss arising from the interruption, suspension or discontinuation of the Platform or any of its features
• Any loss resulting from third-party actions, including payment processor downtime, game studio technical failures, or data feed errors in sports markets
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials
• Any gambling losses sustained on the Platform — gambling is inherently risky and you accept that risk by participating

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude the Company's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of applicable law.

hs555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void Account balances, where:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive or criminal conduct
• KYC verification cannot be completed to the Company's satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require the Company to restrict access
• Technical security concerns necessitate immediate Account restriction

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting hs555 support. Prior to processing closure, all pending wagers will be settled and any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus Funds not yet withdrawn at the time of closure will be forfeited.

A request for permanent self-exclusion constitutes a request for Account termination. Permanently self-excluded accounts cannot be reinstated. Players who require a temporary break should use the cooling-off period feature rather than permanent self-exclusion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hs555 holds its applicable operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law in your country of residence.

hs555 does not operate under Pakistani law and does not claim authorisation from any Pakistani government body, including the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. Pakistani users access the Platform entirely at their own risk and under their own legal responsibility.

hs555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page and identified by a revised "Last Updated" date. Where a material change is made to the Terms, the Company will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players through account notifications or email communication.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2. hs555 recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.

The Company will acknowledge formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe and endeavour to resolve them in accordance with our internal complaints procedure.
